Your Agreement with the Platform

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8kbd1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8kbd1 online casino and sports betting platform available at 8kbd1.io and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services.

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the 8kbd1 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

Eligibility

• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts on the platform.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied directly through 8kbd1 or through any third-party responsible gaming programme.

8kbd1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, account closure. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the 8kbd1 platform. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving verification messages. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person. 8kbd1 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or any other support medium. Any request for your password purporting to come from 8kbd1 is fraudulent.

8kbd1 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• False, misleading, or incomplete registration information has been provided.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account is suspected to be a duplicate of an existing account.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity has been detected.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order.

Account closure initiated by the player may be requested at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Players wishing to close their account under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme should refer to Section 8 of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8kbd1 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No foreign exchange conversion is applied to any account balance.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Bank transfer deposits are available via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other supported institutions. Minimum bank transfer deposit amounts are stated at the time of transaction.
• Visa and Mastercard deposits are supported subject to standard card processing limits.
• Deposits are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider under normal operating conditions.
• 8kbd1 does not charge a fee for deposits. The player's payment provider may apply its own fees; 8kbd1 is not responsible for third-party charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering practice.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. This requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document and, where applicable, proof of address.
• Processing time for verified accounts is ordinarily under 4 hours from the time of the withdrawal request during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or in cases where additional verification is required.
• 8kbd1 reserves the right to request further documentation in connection with any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

8kbd1 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits whilst playing with bonus funds, time limits for completion, and any game-specific restrictions.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the 8kbd1 platform:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Where a bonus is applied to an account, the player's cash balance is ordinarily wagered first, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 8kbd1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly in cases where abuse is suspected or where a technical error has caused an incorrect bonus to be issued.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Winnings generated from free spins or free bets are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the associated promotion before they may be withdrawn.

Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of automated betting strategies, arbitrage techniques, or colluding groups, will have their bonus balances and any associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 8kbd1 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook interface. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted and a bet reference number has been issued by the system. Bets displayed as pending are not confirmed until the system confirms acceptance.
• 8kbd1 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a technical error, a human error in odds compilation, or a manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play bets are accepted at the platform's sole discretion. Connectivity issues on the part of the player during an in-play event do not constitute grounds for cancellation of a placed and confirmed bet.
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international matches). 8kbd1's own internal assessment of the result is not used for settlement.
• Cricket bet settlement follows specific rules regarding Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, abandoned matches, and reduced-over games. These rules are detailed in the cricket-specific betting rules section within the sportsbook.

For casino and live casino games, each title is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical figures calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome during any individual session.

Crash game rounds are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The outcome of each round is independently verifiable by the player using the seed and hash values displayed after each round concludes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8kbd1 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at 8kbd1 staff or other players.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person, or using another person's account.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any platform content without the prior written consent of 8kbd1.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the platform.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform using automated means.
• Creating derivative works based on platform content, including odds data, game assets, or interface elements.

Game software and content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Red Tiger — remain the intellectual property of those studios and are used by 8kbd1 under licence. Any intellectual property claim relating to game content should be directed to the relevant studio.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence. Where a jurisdiction does not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitations on liability, those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

8kbd1 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions at all times, though we take all reasonable steps to maintain a reliable and secure service for players in Bangladesh.

Amendments to These Terms

8kbd1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 8kbd1 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of no less than seven days prior to the change taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules, or updates required for legal compliance — may be made without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent substantive revision.

Your continued use of the 8kbd1 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
